The YMCA of Southeastern Connecticut has been serving families throughout New London County for more than 100 years. Our mission is to provide opportunities to all men, women, boys and girls to reach their full potential — mentally, spiritually, physically, and socially — through programs based on Judeo Christian values. The YMCA creates an environment encouraging core values of Caring, Respect, Responsibility, and Honesty. We strive to develop programs based on these values to strengthen our community.
Our Wellness CenterThe Wellness Center features brand new state of the art equipment including treadmills, rowers, ellipticals, spin bikes, stair climbers and more, as well as brand new free weights and weight machines. The Wellness Center is staffed with trained instructors and offers a wide range of programming for those looking to increase their fitness level. Classes are also offered aerobics, yoga, and pilates!
